How do I check if you can connect my address?
Send the connection request on the home page with your area and a nearby landmark. You can add a map location if helpful. We will check availability and contact you.
How do I get current pricing?
Ask when you check availability. You get the price, VAT and any one-time charges in writing before installation.
Do I need an ONU or a router, and is there an installation charge?
A fiber connection uses an ONU at your premises, and most homes add a Wi-Fi router. Equipment terms and any installation charge depend on your address and are set out with your availability check.
Is the speed guaranteed?
Package speeds are the maximum rate of a shared connection, not a guaranteed throughput. Wi-Fi, devices and the services you use affect what you measure; a cable to your computer shows the line speed most accurately.
How do I pay my bill?
Online billing on basnetwork.io is coming soon. Until it launches, payment instructions are given when your connection is set up. We never ask for card details or mobile-banking PINs on this website.
Do you need my NID?
Not through this website. If identity documents are needed for a connection, we explain what and why when your connection is arranged.
