These terms cover use of this website only. Service terms for an internet connection — price, VAT, charges, equipment and conditions — are confirmed with you in writing before installation.

Information on this site

We aim to keep this website accurate, but packages, speeds and prices may change. Where a price is marked as proposed, or shown as “Ask for current pricing”, it is not a current offer. Package speeds describe the maximum rate of a shared connection, not a guaranteed throughput.

Availability

Submitting an availability request does not create a subscription or guarantee that a connection can be provided. Service starts only once installation is agreed and completed.

Our upstream provider

BAS Network — Dakshin Khan works with an upstream connectivity provider, BAS Network. Their website is operated separately, and their own terms apply to it.

Billing and webmail

Online billing and webmail on basnetwork.io are not open yet. Until they are announced on this website, treat any page asking for payment or a password in our name with caution.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will show when they last changed.
